Qualifications
- Candidate must be graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering with ECE or ECT license or 1st Class Radio Telephone Operator
- Knowledgeable in TV and/or Radio Broadcasting
- Knowledgeable in various test equipment with troubleshooting of broadcast equipment skill is an advantage
- Full-time position in Antipolo
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Team Leader regarding the operations & maintenance of Transmitters.
- In-charge with the daily operations of Broadcast transmitter of Channel 33, Channel 11 & Channel 20 and its associated equipment in Metro Manila.
- To maintain competitive signal quality with very minimal on-air discrepancies & interruptions.
- To ensure that broadcast transmitter equipment and other related facilities (such as antenna, Tx lines, tower, STL, TVRO, etc) including back-up Power supplies are in its best condition and that all equipment inside the transmitter room/building is protected from the elements.
- To conduct a periodic preventive maintenance/check-up for optimum performance and facilitate appropriate corrective maintenance measures such as rehabilitation, repair & troubleshooting depending on the requirement.
- To make sure that the daily broadcast operation is in accordance with the FCC, NTC&KBP required technical Standards, practices & procedures.
- To maintain transmitter operations/maintenance checklists logs and reports.
- Keep all test instruments and equipment in proper calibration.
- To coordinate with the Technical Operations Center (TOC) In observing the SOP’s required for the daily broadcast operations.
